Serves 1

• 1.5 ounces Irish whiskey (preferably Jameson)
• 4 ounces Irish Cream ice cream (I used Ben and Jerry’s Dublin Mudslide but Haagen Dazs Baileys Irish Cream would be good, too)
• 12 ounces Guinness beer (or any other stout beer)

1. Pour the whiskey into a pint glass.
2. Add the ice cream to the glass.
3. Slowly pour the Guinness over the ice cream, making sure that a head forms. Serve immediately.

Oh my god.  OH.  MY.  GOD.  ohmygodohmygodohmygodohmygod.

So we had our works holiday party last night, so couldn’t watch the UFC live. Ordered and paid for it, and set the TiVo, and come to watch it today and for some reason TiVo decided to delete the show at midnight due to copyright rules. How does that work? I paid for the show, I just wanted to watch it today coz I couldn’t last night.

Has anyone got any idea why they did this?
